About us
We are a family-run microbrewery with a restaurant and guesthouse, situated in beautiful mountain surroundings, just a few metres from the Orlické Mountains’ most botanically significant meadow and ten metres from the national border with Poland.
My name is Martin Nauš and I am the brewmaster and owner. I brew beer without compromise, just as it should be and to the best of my ability. I learnt most of what I know at the Albrecht Brewery in Frýdlant, where I completed a retraining course in brewing and malting, including practical training.
I brew beer with love and humility for this wonderful craft, in which there is always something new to discover and learn. The world of beer is amazing and fascinating. Discovering new flavours and fine-tuning recipes is a never-ending source of enjoyment and a hobby for me.
