Brewing beer isn’t a competition

Brewery

Beer is our passion. Having our own independent microbrewery is
a brilliant thing. You can brew whatever you like,
whenever you like, however you like, and as much beer as you like.

Respecting beer styles is important, but experimenting with beer is an integral part of the development of this craft.

The brewing technology we use is a traditional two-vessel brewhouse with a wort output of 10 hl. The brewhouse is located in the restaurant’s dining room and forms a key design feature of the entire interior. The wort kettle is heated by an electric steam generator.

We have two lager cellars located in the building’s original historic cellar, containing a total of 6 CK tanks and 11 lager tanks. All tanks are fitted with separate cooling units, so the beer is cooled individually in each tank.

Depending on the types of beer produced, the brewery’s maximum total output can be up to 3,000 hl per year.

As part of the grant, the following were purchased: 2 CK tanks, 1 lager tank, a semi-automatic bottle filler, 150 KEG barrels, 3 storage containers incl. heat pump, 1 container cooling box, renovation of parking and handling area.

As part of the Beer Trail project, the following were co-financed: 20 information boards, 15 benches, 20 waste bins.

The goal of the project was to build a greenhouse for growing produce that will be used in beer production and in the applicant's restaurant.
