It’s the owner’s nickname. He got it because, back in the nineties, he released a CD for the now-defunct band ‘Tom is my sugar’ and acted as their manager. The word ‘agent’ was in vogue at the time, as everyone was hooked on the TV series Twin Peaks, in which Agent Cooper is the main character.

Glass is the finest material for storing beer.
Given the size of our brewery and the number of bottles we sell, the entire process of collecting, storing and, above all, washing the bottles is neither economically nor environmentally viable. Glass is a recyclable material, so please place our bottles in the glass recycling bins.
At our brewery, we use a filling nozzle known as an ‘iron’, or a type A (Flach) fitting.
The refundable deposit is 1,500 CZK
We can provide this service, but only by prior arrangement. Your keg must have the same tap as the one we use in our brewery, namely a ‘žehlička’ or type A (Flach) fitting.
We guarantee a shelf life of 3 months from the date of production. The beer must be stored in a cool (ideally up to 8°C) and dark place. The beer’s shelf life is also reduced by any transport and even short-term exposure to warmer temperatures.

Yes. It’s a good idea to book it well in advance.
There is always at least one pale lager on offer. The number and variety of beers on tap depend on the day of the week and, above all, on the season. Follow us on Facebook, where we regularly post updates on what’s happening at the brewery and in the restaurant, as well as details of events outside the brewery where you can come and see us.
Yes, it is possible to book a brewery tour, but only by prior arrangement. We are unable to offer tours without prior arrangement. The tour lasts approximately 30 minutes and, in addition to an explanation of our brewery, the beer-making process and our history, it also includes a beer tasting in the brewery cellar. The price per person is 180 Kč, and the minimum group size is 3 people, with a maximum of 6.

You can buy labels and beer mats from our online shop. We’ll post them to you, or you can collect them in person from the brewery.
